3. Eating healthy is really convenient. You no longer have to go out of your way to find nutritious food selections. Increased awareness regarding eating healthier has boosted the presence of organic items on menus and in supermarkets.

4. Believe it or not, eating healthy can be a lot cheaper. This does not only refer to the retail price that you would be paying for the food. It also refers to the reduced amount of food you buy because you will generally feel hungry again quite quickly when you purchase poor quality food.

5. You will soon discover the taste of healthier food is much more enjoyable. Really, the taste of saturated fat and refined sugar is overrated!
